Becoming a Vendor
To become a vendor at the Sturbridge Farmers Market, all vendors must apply online.
Please note ALL vendors must provide proof of insurance to the Sturbridge Farmers Market (specific requirements are listed in the online application). Please email the requested documents to the committee at sturbridgefarmersmkt@gmail.com.

2025 Season Application - CLOSED
This form is for vendors who wish to participate in the 2025 Sturbridge Farmers Market. The Sturbridge Farmers Market will review each application and decisions will be determined by the end of March 2025. If you have any questions about the application process, please contact sturbridgefarmersmkt@gmail.com.
The application will be open from December 18th - February 28th. We reserve the right to re-open the application at any time, however preference will be given to those who complete the application process by February 28th.
Vendor Fees are being continues in 2025 under the following schedule: $15 per market. Full Season capped at $150 (20 dates), biweekly capped at $100. 2025 Fee of $15 per market applies to those booking fewer dates. This is for all vendors including food trucks.

Once you submit this application, the Sturbridge Farmers Market will review all the applications following the close of the application period.
